I was wondering why some Kriegsmarine's units like Admiral Graf Spee, Scharnhorst or Gneisenau were fitted with the nazi war eagle and why others like Bismarck and Tirpitz weren't fitted with that ornament. Could it be the presence of a bow anchor for the Bismarck's class?
